הצהרת נגישות

אנחנו רוצים שכל אחד ואחת יוכלו להשתמש באתר ובאפליקציה של טורימלי, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות. האתר נבנה בהתאם להנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA, שעליהן מבוסס התקן הישראלי ת״י 5568.
מה עשינו
- מבנה עמוד ברור, עם כותרות לפי סדר
- תמיכה מלאה בכתיבה מימין לשמאל (עברית, ערבית) ומשמאל לימין (אנגלית, רוסית)
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות ולמסכי האפליקציה
- ניגודיות צבעים גבוהה בין טקסט לרקע
- אפשר להגדיל את הטקסט בדפדפן עד 200% בלי לאבד תוכן
- ניווט במקלדת, ומיקוד גלוי על כפתורים וקישורים
- הסרטון באתר הוא בלי קול, וכל המידע שבו מופיע גם כטקסט באתר
- באפליקציה: כפתורים גדולים, ואישור לפני פעולות כמו ביטול תור
מה עוד לא מושלם
- בדוגמאות של מסכי האפליקציה יש טקסט בתוך תמונה. התוכן שלהן מתואר גם בטקסט שליד.
- האתר עדיין לא עבר בדיקת נגישות של גורם חיצוני. אנחנו בודקים ומשפרים בעצמנו.

We want everyone to be able to use the Torimli website and app, including people with disabilities. The site follows WCAG 2.0 level AA, on which the Israeli standard IS 5568 is based.
What we did
- Clear page structure with headings in order
- Full support for right-to-left (Hebrew, Arabic) and left-to-right (English, Russian) text
- Alternative text for images and app screens
- High colour contrast between text and background
- Text can be enlarged to 200% in the browser without losing content
- Keyboard navigation, with visible focus on buttons and links
- The website video has no sound, and all its information also appears as text on the site
- In the app: large buttons, and a confirmation before actions such as cancelling
What is not perfect yet
- The sample app screens contain text inside images. Their content is also described in the text next to them.
- The site has not yet been audited by an outside expert. We check and improve it ourselves.
