טורימלי (Torimli) היא מערכת לקביעת תורים לעסקים: מספרות, סלונים, קליניקות, מטפלים וסטודיו. בעמוד הזה מוסבר אילו פרטים אנחנו שומרים, למה, ומה הזכויות שלך. כתבנו אותו בשפה פשוטה.
מי אנחנו
טורימלי מופעלת על ידי DMusic, העסק של דימיטרי מינישין (עוסק יחיד), ת.ד. 0637, כפר ורדים 2514700, ישראל. לכל שאלה על פרטיות: [email protected].
שני סוגי משתמשים
- בעלי עסקים שמשתמשים בטורימלי כדי לנהל תורים. לגבי הפרטים שלהם, טורימלי היא האחראית.
- לקוחות של העסקים שקובעים תור דרך האפליקציה של העסק. הפרטים שלהם שייכים לעסק, וטורימלי שומרת ומעבדת אותם עבור העסק ולפי הוראותיו. לשאלות על הפרטים האלה אפשר לפנות לעסק או אלינו.
מה אנחנו שומרים
לקוחות שקובעים תור:
- מספר טלפון (לכניסה עם קוד ב־SMS, לאישורים ולתזכורות)
- שם, והשפה שבחרת
- התורים שלך: טיפול, איש צוות, תאריך ושעה, מחיר, ומצב התור (נקבע, הגיע, בוטל)
- רשימת המתנה: הימים והשעות שביקשת
- הודעות SMS שנשלחו אליך (תוכן, זמן ומצב השליחה)
- הערות שהעסק כתב בכרטיס הלקוח שלך. הן גלויות רק לעסק.
בעלי עסקים וצוות: שם, טלפון, אימייל, פרטי העסק (שם, כתובת, לוגו, צבעים, שירותים, מחירים, שעות עבודה), ותמונות שהעסק מעלה.
פונים אלינו מהאתר: מה שכתבת לנו, והאימייל או הטלפון שלך.
למה
- כדי לקבוע, לשנות ולבטל תורים, ולהציג לעסק את היומן שלו
- כדי לשלוח הודעות שירות: קוד כניסה, אישור תור, תזכורת, ביטול, והודעה על תור שהתפנה מרשימת ההמתנה
- כדי להציג לעסק סטטיסטיקה על התורים שלו
- כדי לענות לפניות, ולתת תמיכה
אנחנו לא שולחים הודעות פרסום בלי הסכמה מפורשת.
מה אנחנו לא עושים
- לא מוכרים, לא משכירים ולא מעבירים פרטים לאחרים לשיווק שלהם
- לא משתמשים בפרסומות ולא במעקב של פייסבוק, גוגל או אחרים
- לא מציגים ללקוחות של עסק אחד את העסקים המתחרים
- עסק אחד לא רואה את הלקוחות או התורים של עסק אחר
איפה הפרטים נשמרים, ומי עוזר לנו
- Supabase: מסד הנתונים, בחוות שרתים בפרנקפורט, גרמניה (האיחוד האירופי)
- Cloudflare: מגיש את האתר והאפליקציה. מטפל בכתובת ה־IP כדי להציג את העמודים.
- ספק SMS: שולח את הודעות ה־SMS. נעדכן כאן את שם הספק כשייבחר.
- Resend: שולח אימיילים מהכתובת שלנו
- Google Fonts: הגופנים נטענים מהשרתים של גוגל, ולכן גוגל מקבלת את כתובת ה־IP שלך
הספקים האלה מעבדים פרטים עבורנו בלבד, ייתכן שגם מחוץ לישראל, ובהתאם להגנות המשפטיות שהם מספקים.
אבטחה
החיבור מוצפן (HTTPS). כללי גישה במסד הנתונים מבטיחים שכל עסק רואה רק את הנתונים שלו, וכל לקוח רואה רק את התורים שלו. הכניסה היא עם קוד חד־פעמי ב־SMS, בלי סיסמאות.
מה נשמר בדפדפן שלך
אין לנו עוגיות פרסום או מעקב. בדפדפן נשמרים רק: השפה שבחרת, החיבור שלך (כדי שלא תצטרך קוד בכל פעם), השם שכתבת, וההעדפה להסתיר את הטיפ "שמרו במסך הבית".
כמה זמן
- תורים והיסטוריית לקוחות נשמרים כל עוד העסק משתמש בטורימלי, כדי שיוכל לראות היסטוריה וסטטיסטיקה. כשעסק עוזב, נמחק את הנתונים שלו תוך 90 יום, אלא אם החוק מחייב לשמור יותר.
- רשימת המתנה לתאריך שעבר אינה בשימוש יותר.
- אפשר לבקש מחיקה בכל עת (ראו בהמשך).
הזכויות שלך
אפשר לבקש לעיין בפרטים שלך, לתקן אותם או למחוק אותם, ולהפסיק לקבל הודעות. פנו לעסק שבו קבעת, או אלינו ב־[email protected]. נענה תוך 30 יום. אפשר גם לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
קטינים
מתחת לגיל 16, את התור צריך לקבוע הורה או אפוטרופוס, או ילד בהסכמתם.
שינויים
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינויים חשובים נודיע לבעלי העסקים מראש.
Privacy policy

Torimli is an appointment booking system for businesses: barbershops, salons, clinics, therapists and studios. This page explains what we keep, why, and your rights. We wrote it in plain language.
Who we are
Torimli is operated by DMusic, the business of Dimitry Minishin (sole trader), P.O. Box 0637, Kfar Vradim 2514700, Israel. Privacy questions: [email protected].
Two kinds of users
- Business owners who use Torimli to manage appointments. For their details, Torimli is responsible.
- Clients of those businesses who book through the business's app. Their details belong to the business; Torimli stores and processes them for the business and on its instructions. You can ask the business or us about them.
What we keep
Clients who book:
- Phone number (to log in with an SMS code, and for confirmations and reminders)
- Name, and the language you chose
- Your bookings: service, staff member, date and time, price, and status (booked, arrived, cancelled)
- Waiting list: the days and times you asked for
- SMS messages sent to you (content, time and delivery status)
- Notes the business writes on your client card. Only the business sees them.
Business owners and staff: name, phone, email, business details (name, address, logo, colours, services, prices, working hours), and photos the business uploads.
People who contact us: what you wrote, and your email or phone.
Why
- To book, change and cancel appointments, and show the business its calendar
- To send service messages: login code, confirmation, reminder, cancellation, and a freed-time alert from the waiting list
- To show the business statistics about its bookings
- To answer questions and give support
We do not send advertising messages without explicit consent.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or share details with anyone for their own marketing
- No ads and no tracking by Facebook, Google or others
- A business's clients never see competing businesses
- One business never sees another business's clients or bookings
Where data is kept, and who helps us
- Supabase: the database, in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
- Cloudflare: delivers the website and the app; handles IP addresses to serve pages
- SMS provider: sends the SMS messages. We will name it here once chosen.
- Resend: sends email from our address
- Google Fonts: fonts load from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address
These providers process data only for us, possibly outside Israel, under the legal protections they provide.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Database access rules make sure each business sees only its own data and each client sees only their own bookings. Login uses a one-time SMS code, with no passwords.
What your browser stores
No advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores only: your language, your login session (so you don't need a code every time), the name you typed, and whether you hid the "save to home screen" tip.
How long
- Bookings and client history are kept while the business uses Torimli, so it can see history and statistics. When a business leaves, we delete its data within 90 days, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
- Waiting-list entries for past dates are no longer used.
- You can ask for deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and to stop messages. Contact the business you booked with, or us at [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Privacy Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.
Children
Under 16, a parent or guardian should book, or the child with their permission.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Business owners get advance notice of important changes.
