מה זה טורימלי

מערכת לקביעת תורים: אפליקציה לעסק עם השם והלוגו שלו, שהלקוחות פותחים מקישור או מקוד QR, ומסכי ניהול לבעל העסק. המערכת עשויה להשתנות ולהשתפר עם הזמן.

לקוחות שקובעים תור

• השימוש בחינם. כדי לקבוע תור צריך להיכנס עם קוד ב־SMS.
• השירות עצמו (התספורת, הטיפול) ניתן על ידי העסק, לא על ידי טורימלי. מחירים, שעות וכללי ביטול נקבעים על ידי העסק.
• אפשר לבטל תור באפליקציה עד המועד שהעסק קבע. ביטול מאוחר מתבצע מול העסק.
• מקבלים SMS מרשימת ההמתנה? התור ניתן למי שקובע ראשון. אין התחייבות שהתור יישאר פנוי.
• נא לא לקבוע תורים בשם אחרים בלי רשותם, ולא לנצל את המערכת לרעה.

בעלי עסקים

• מחיר: כמופיע באתר (כיום ₪99 לחודש לאפליקציה בקוד QR), בתוספת מע״מ אם חל. החודש הראשון חינם. אפשר לעזוב בכל עת, בלי התחייבות.
• פיילוט: עסקים בפיילוט משתמשים בחינם לתקופה שסוכמה מראש.
• אפליקציה בחנויות (App Store ו־Google Play): בתשלום נפרד, לפי הצעת מחיר. דמי החשבון השנתיים של אפל משולמים לאפל.
• העסק אחראי שהשירותים, המחירים והשעות שהוא מפרסם נכונים, ושיש לו זכות להשתמש בלוגו ובתמונות שהוא מעלה.
• הנתונים של הלקוחות שייכים לעסק. אנחנו שומרים ומעבדים אותם עבורו, לפי מדיניות הפרטיות.
• העסק מתחייב להשתמש בהודעות רק להודעות שירות, ולא לשלוח פרסום ללקוחות בלי הסכמתם.
• אם העסק עוזב, אפשר לבקש העתק של הנתונים שלו. אחרי 90 יום הם נמחקים.

שימוש מותר

אסור לפרוץ, להעמיס, לאסוף נתונים אוטומטית או להעתיק את המערכת. אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמפר את התנאים באופן חמור או חוזר.

אחריות

אנחנו עושים את מירב המאמצים שהמערכת תעבוד תמיד ובצורה נכונה, אבל לא ניתן להבטיח זאת. ככל שהחוק מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף, וסך האחריות שלנו מוגבל לסכום ששילמת לנו ב־12 החודשים האחרונים. אין בכך כדי לפגוע בזכויות שלך לפי דיני הגנת הצרכן.

שינויים

אם נשנה את התנאים, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינויים חשובים, וגם על שינוי מחיר, נודיע לבעלי העסקים לפחות 30 יום מראש.

על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי.

Who we are

Torimli is operated by DMusic, the business of Dimitry Minishin (sole trader), P.O. Box 0637, Kfar Vradim 2514700, Israel. Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp 058-592-0455.

What Torimli is

An appointment booking system: an app for each business with its own name and logo, which clients open from a link or a QR code, plus management screens for the business owner. The system may change and improve over time.

Clients who book

• Free to use. You log in with an SMS code to book.
• The service itself (the haircut, the treatment) is provided by the business, not by Torimli. Prices, hours and cancellation rules are set by the business.
• You can cancel in the app up to the time the business set. Late cancellations are handled with the business.
• Got a waiting-list SMS? The time goes to whoever books first; it is not held for you.
• Please don't book for others without their permission, or misuse the system.

Business owners

• Price: as shown on the website (currently ₪99/month for the QR app), plus VAT where it applies. The first month is free. You can leave at any time, with no commitment.
• Pilot: pilot businesses use Torimli free for the period agreed in advance.
• Store app (App Store and Google Play): priced separately, by quote. Apple's yearly developer fee is paid to Apple.
• The business is responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices and hours it publishes, and for having the right to use the logo and photos it uploads.
• Client data belongs to the business. We store and process it for the business under our privacy policy.
• The business uses messages for service messages only, and does not send advertising to clients without their consent.
• When a business leaves, it can ask for a copy of its data. After 90 days the data is deleted.

Acceptable use

No hacking, overloading, automated scraping or copying of the system. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

We do our best to keep the system working and accurate, but cannot guarantee it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Business owners get at least 30 days' notice of important changes, including price changes.

Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law.
